ONLINE ORDERS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if the fit is not right, you may exchange any full priced swimwear or clothing if you contact a staff member by phone (0892434004) or email (sales@saxsea.com.au) within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. The purchased good must be in the condition that you received it; unworn, unwashed, with tags and protection sticker attached. We do not refund if you change your mind or order the wrong size.

IN STORE PURCHASES
If you change your mind, we will happily exchange or offer a credit note within 14 days of purchase; with proof of purchase and in original purchased condition. No returns on sale items or swimwear as you have the opportunity to try the items on in store. Please make your selection carefully.

POP UP STORE PURCHASES
If you change your mind, we will happily exchange within 14 days of purchase; with proof of purchase and in original purchased condition. No returns on sale items or swimwear due to health reasons. We will exchange or refund on any item if it is deemed to be faulty. We prefer that you exchange the item at the store the purchase was made. If the 'pop up' store has closed please contact our main store at Hillary's on 9243 4004. Please make your selection carefully.
